Terms and Facility Policies

These Terms and Facility Policies describe use of the DinkWorks Pickleball website and facility. Booking, cancellation, and no-show policies are still being finalized and are not yet included below.

Reservations, memberships, and payments

Court reservations, memberships, bulk court-time packages, and related payments are handled through CourtReserve. Use of CourtReserve is subject to CourtReserve's own terms of service, in addition to the facility rules below.

Court & Facility Rules

Safety & Liability

  1. Play at your own risk. DinkWorks Pickleball LLC is not liable for injuries sustained on the premises.
  2. No weapons of any kind permitted on-site.
  3. No fighting or physical altercations.
  4. No alcohol permitted on the premises.
  5. Report all injuries to staff or DinkWorks immediately, no matter how minor.

Conduct & Access

  1. Practice good sportsmanship at all times. Respect players, staff, and equipment.
  2. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  3. No pets allowed on the courts or in the facility (service animals excepted).
  4. No smoking, vaping, or tobacco use anywhere on the premises.
  5. Keep noise and music to a reasonable level; use headphones or keep speaker volume low so it does not disturb other players.
  6. Only DinkWorks-approved instructors may provide paid coaching or lessons on-site.

Court Care

  1. No food or glass containers permitted on the courts.
  2. Drinks must have a secure lid.
  3. Proper athletic, non-marking footwear is required on the courts.
  4. Do not abuse or misuse the nets, courts, dividers, or other equipment.

Reservations & Facility Access

  1. Vacate the court promptly at the end of your reservation if another group is waiting.
  2. Do not share access codes, fobs, or entry credentials with non-members or the public.
  3. If you are the last to leave, ensure the facility is properly locked and secured.
  4. The facility is under video surveillance for security purposes.

Property & Media

  1. DinkWorks is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
  2. The facility may be photographed or filmed for marketing purposes; contact DinkWorks if you would prefer not to be included.

Enforcement

  1. Violation of any facility rule may result in removal from the premises and/or suspension or termination of court access, at DinkWorks' discretion.
  2. Members are financially responsible for any damage they cause to DinkWorks property or equipment; the credit card on file will be charged for repair or replacement at full replacement value.
